Dina Alborano has been a national ranked runner since the very young age of 9 years old. Setting an international Record of 60 minutes. 32 seconds as a 10 year old is truly phenomenal. Her career and its longevity is a celebration of Women In Sport and the Ultimate Feat of Perserverence. When Dina was asked what has contributed to her success, her answer was simply ''hard, hard work , great coaching from my Dad and a perfect balanced diet combined with Altitude Simulated Training. Dina's company ELITE ALTITUDE and the resources for simulated altitudes of up to 20,000 feet has contributed to her success. Dina feels that the recovery aspect as well as the control of her oxygen saturation is responsible. Dina claims that her recent sponsorship from  SNAC vitamins and supplements are also an integral part of her diet. These vitamins are 100% natural and patented by the best company in the World, explained Dina. ''I don't even take aspirin , so if I take a vitamin, I honestly can tell you , it, indeed, is the BEST!''
Dina , currently trains Thoroughbred Racehorses and of course, Humans for a large array of different sport disciplines. She welcomes any promising athletes or anyone looking for a 100% legal edge to give her a call. Currently she is training one of the most promising athletes at her facility in New York City.
Dina is an icon for women in Sport and my time with her was quite enjoyable and uplifting. When the interview was complete, I truly wanted to go out and jog a mile (for the first time of my non athletic life).
With this, I left with a smile and a sparkle of motivation .
